Ahhh!! Yes! Damage was perfectly delivered! It starts us off right in the cold water where collateral left us! This book was full of action, desire and secrets! Gah! I wanted to shake these characters! One minute I was internally screaming at them and the next I was biting my lip! The desire and attraction between these two is so intense! There is no denying or escaping what they have. Gabi doesn’t know how precious she is and Stef doesn’t realize the full extent his enemies will go. Knight has once again written and exciting and heart pounding read! The queen of mafia has given us two characters you will become obsessed over! I devoured damage in a few hours! I was shocked by events and my heart hurt for everything Gabi has been through. Definitely a Must Read duet! I can’t wait to see what Knight has in store for us next. I received an arc in exchange for an honest review.

crying and cousin fcking does not make for a good book

This duet had SO much potential, but ultimately fell flat.

1) I'm just gonna start off with the cousin fucking. I meannnnnnn they literally talk about being blood cousins, and they have sex. I'm all for taboo, but idk it definitely rubbed me the wrong way and it wasn't even discussed like anything was wrong with that scenario
2) why weren't we told what gabis dad said to her as he died?
3) I have no idea how gabi and Stefan fell in love. There was no deep convos, nothing really to actually see them getting closer. It was all lust.
4) still a little confused on which one ultimately killed Alex and which one poisoned the birds
5) gabi cries in almost every single scene. I mean I knows she's only 18 but for fucks sake SUCK IT UP girl

Idk. Like I said, it had a lot of potential but the execution wasn't great.

After that epic cliffhanger ending of book one, let's just say,I was dying to get my hands on this book. I wasn't disappointed. It was everything I wanted and more.

The story continued where it left off, and emotions are running pretty high. I felt the slow burn of their romance and yes, I was pretty much dying for it to happen. Along with this, the story is wrought with intense, nail biting, edge-of-your-seat, suspense as they differentiate friends from foes.

Absolutely loved the hell out of this and I cannot wait for more of this author's work!

I loved this one! I was a little disappointed by the first and had low-ish expectations for this one. Turns out, this one focused more on the relationship between Stefan&Gabriela (which I found a little lacking before) and made me like them together a lot more. Even if they’re more explosive here, I think it suited what each situation called for instead of casually throwing around cheesy retorts to cause conflict. There was tangible tension and you could feel the push and pull between the two. Stefan’s character improved a lot as well. I know I like assholes, as long as they have a softer side. At first, I thought Stefan was just a jerk This book peeled back some layers on his character so overall I’m really satisfied with the conclusion!

The same thing that I wrote about the first book can be applied here. Basically, I hate it.

I loved this book. It’s is a true mafia romance. Stephen is no hero. He isn’t Gabbys night in shining armor. He does show he cares in subtle ways but he is still 100% alpha male. I loved how the storyline played out. If you read the first one then I don’t have to convince you to read this one... and if you haven’t read the first one, you should!

Damage is the final conclusion of Stefan and Gabriella story. Like the previous book, Miss Knight delivers a sizzling hot chemistry.

The plot/ twist/ drama is enough to keep me on edge. It is after all a wonderful suspense romance. What makes me short giving 5 stars is Stefan. His behaviour is confusing. He seems want to insert himself as domininant. But his judgement/action/ behaviour makes me believe that he does not have enough alpha male to claim what is his. Nor do more dramatic action to punish Rafa.

Well I do not want to reveal too much plot in here. Overall this is a wonderful book.
