This is the story of Julianna, a pregnant 19-year-old, the father of her baby, and the parents she chooses to adopt her baby. The biological father is dangerous, and pursues Julianna when she runs from him.
This book was very good; even my mother, who normally doesn't read much, couldn't put it down, which is a testament to the fact that Erica Spindler is a wonderful author.

I came away from this book feeling a little bit confused if I'm honest. The writing, characterisation and story line were well written and I did enjoy the book while I read it. It was an engaging read, yeti can't help but feel that it was lacking something, and not something I can necessarily put my finger on. It was my first Erica Spindler book, and I will probably try another of hers. I just feel that the premise could have been so much more than it was.
