Both books ive read on monroe  interested me in the subject.  However, too many summary type statements, use of the same examples repeatedly and disjointed.  I was also annoyed that the man was simplified to only his public life.  It was a snapshot but others in this series are so much better.

Alot of repetition regarding 3 main themes of Monroe's life. The information could have been given in 1/2 the space and included other personal information. The book felt "slapped together" and poorly edited.
