This book is just the transcribed version of the televised debate about political correctness. If you even can call it a debate about political correctness - it was a bit of a mess.
Even though it got “heated”, that was my favorite part. Just had to laugh when Michael called Jordan a “mean, mad white man”.
BUT, that comment is (as I expected) the reason for him and Michelle “losing” the debate (by supporting numbers from the crowd before and after the debate).
I don’t think I would recommend the book unless you are particularly interested to do so.

An inconclusive mess. Fry's points that the opportunity was wasted to navigate some of the key questions of the debate rings true. The left were uncoordinated, emotionally driven and easily distracted. The right seemed as baffled by this as i was, and used the chaos to throw out comments and statements however they pleased. It's a mystery why they chose to bind and publish this. It simply didn't offer anything insightful.

Most of the points Peterson brings up in the debate are repetitive, just read the pre-debate interview and that's about as deep you can get into his views in this book. Fry's point that the left underestimate the right I could get on board with, but I have yet to decide whether PC-ness incites the right (which Michelle Goldberg rebutted).
