Living with the Single Dad
The Single Dads of Seattle Book 4
by Whitley Cox
Narrated by Gregory Salinas & Eliza Roberts

Single dads. Melt my heart. But this is not your typical single dad romance! Whitley Cox changes things up a little, with Aaron and his beautiful niece, Sophie. He is willing to do anything for his sister, but when an accident leaves him custody of the tiny baby, his life takes a complete turn. He is in over his head, so hiring a live-in nanny seems like the most logical answer. Isobel comes recommended to him from one of the single dads of Seattle, and what a find. Not only is she wonderful with Sophie, but their attraction is hot! When it comes to a relationship though, this Navy SEAL is not interested. Will he change his mind? Will their love outshine the odds? I am in love with Whitley Cox's writing style. She keeps me engaged, and invests my heart into these characters. Aaron has so many layers, it's fun to watch him peel them off and learn what is important in his life. Isobel is sweet, and her love shows no bounds. It's a wonderful story and just makes me want to know more of these single dads!

Not only is a great story, but Gregory Salinas and Eliza Roberts bring it all to life. Salinas is wonderful as Aaron. He lets us feel the turmoil and frustration as well as the love just with his inflections. Roberts leads our heart with her portrayal of Isobel. Loving, sweet and understanding all come through her so we know exactly how Isobel feels. This is a great pairing and fabulous listen.

An emotional storyline with Aaron having just tragically lost his sister Dina, his only family other than his newborn niece Sophie. Aaron is a retired Navy Seal who has emotional scars from his last mission. Overall he is hanging on by a thread. His sister’s best friend Liam is there to help and contacts Isobel to be Sophie’s nanny and Aaron is worried how he is going to stay professional and not run off the gorgeous young woman he and his niece have become extremely dependent on.

One irritant is the author keeps having Isobel refer to Aaron as a soldier…that’s wrong, because as a Navy Seal he is a sailor and a warrior but NOT a soldier.

With all the emotional hits Aaron has endured it’s not surprising he is filled with rage and anger, and challenges with dealing with people. Isobel is extremely patient and tolerant of his cold and broody demeanor until she’s not and she rips into him. Isobel is one tough lady as well as incredibly supportive. Her dad when he visits later in the storyline is awesome. I wish there had been more scenes with him earlier, especially since he tells Aaron how he and Isobel text everyday and talk on the phone once a week.

Overall I enjoyed the book and enjoyed the journey of these two characters to a well deserved HEA.

As a Navy Seal, Aaron has been in some volatile situations, but nothing compares to being left in charge of your deceased sisters newborn daughter. Needing all the help he can get he hires Isobel to be his live in nanny. But when sparks fly will the two find themselves in a precarious situation? Or will they keep the feelings to themselves and concentrate only on the baby? This book had me in tears from the opening pages. The reader cannot help but fall in love with Aaron and only want him to open up and let others in. Whitley Cox created a beautiful and heart warming romance while tackling the hot topics such as gun control, foster care, and what a true family means. I absolutely love this series!!

I am a sucker for single parent books- particularly single fathers-, so this series has catered to my wheelhouse greatly. Living with the Single Dad- Aaron and Isobel's story- is great. Aaron's sister has passed away suddenly and tragically, and he finds himself with a newborn. He needs someone to help out, and Isobel is the perfect match, not just for helping with Sophie, but for Aaron as well.

I look forward to more in this series!

First book I have read from Whitley and I loved it. Have tissues because you will need them. This book was a little rough to get through at the beginning. But as the storyline goes on it gets better and better. I absolutely loved the storyline and where the characters were taken. Aaron becomes a single father when something very tragic happens to his sister. Not at all what he had planned. His friend and a very close friend to his sister hires a nanny. But this isn't just any nanny. This is a feisty sexy wants to heal Aaron nanny. But it isn't that easy for either one of them. This storyline grips you from the very beginning to the very end. There is a wonderful storyline with these two that has you holding on to see what is going to happen next with them separately and together. Whitley did an amazing job writing this one and I cant wait to read the rest in this series. So glad I took a chance and read this one.

Living with the Single Dad by Whitley Cox is a contemporary single dad romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Gregory Salinas and Eliza Roberts. This is the fourth book in The Single Dads Of Seattle series and can be read as a standalone.

I am loving this series! Whitley does a great job pulling me in from the first. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Aaron and Isobel. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait for the next book in the series Christmas With The Single Dad to be released on audio so I can get Zak and Aurora's story.

Gregory and Eliza did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like single dad romances or contemporary romances.
