I generally like everything I've read by Yalom, but in this book he outdid himself. I even shed a few tears in the end.

I guess it's impossible to write about such a heart-breaking event as the death of your life's partner without making your reader feel the infinite loneliness that absorbs a person who is going through something like this.

I might not be very objective in my rating, but this is definitely a very emotional read.
