I liked this book it was good and it pulled a lot of real emotions out of me I’m enjoying this series so far I’m glad I started reading it again it’s really enjoyable I love the possessiveness Faunus had over Mayumi and I loved the way they met in the beginning that was so cute and the ending was cute overall this book is spicy with a happy ending no cliffhangers and no love triangles or cheating it’s a monster romance which I’m really starting to enjoy these and overall i rated this book 4 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Soul to Touch hit me the hardest. I cried big time when the inevitable happened, even though I knew there had to be a happier resolution. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a book. 😉

I think Faunus is my fave Duskwalker up to this point. He's by far the most emotionally intelligent of them all and such a big ol' softie. I can see why Mayumi fell so hard and fast for him, despite her solemn warrior attitude, tough-as-nails exterior, and commitment issues. I wouldn't have been able to resist the big kitty either. I really liked that she was a kickass warrior woman, though. I've found that a lot of 'bride' romances will steer away from a heroine that isn't 'feminine' in the traditional sense, even while making them strong women. Getting to experience Mayumi's soft, gooey center and her impish teasing through Faunus's eyes was lovely too.

I'm still not a huge fan of baby-making in my smut, but since it's only briefly mentioned here and there, it's not as in your face.

This wasn’t my favorite because the main character wasn’t my favorite and the ending was near devastating, but I loved it nonetheless.

This is the third installment in the Duskwalker Brides series and is my favorite so far. I love the dynamic these two had and Mayumi was the most badass of the three fmc’s especially since we see her as a spitfire Demon hunter be such a monster loving gal just like those of us reading these books🤭

Faunus was such a cutie pie and his possessiveness and love for Mayumi made me fall in love with him over and over again. Seeing how vulnerable Mayumi could be with him was such a cute aspect of the book especially since she’s never been emotionally available to anyone (not even family), so to see her open up with him as a friend then as a lover made me love this couple even more than I do with the previous ones.
