The moment I started reading this book I was completed sucked in to the story and falling in love with Reid and Sienna. Complicate Me takes you on an adventure that you’ll never want to end.
Reid and Sienna grew up together, along with Sienna’s twin brother Caleb. They come from different backgrounds, yet the three of them were the best of friends. Due to family life Caleb stays in Rhode Island and Reid and Sienna head to California for college. Two years have gone by and now they have to return back home. A cross country road trip will change their relationship, but will everything be okay once the trip is over?
The chemistry between Reid and Sienna is amazing. I loved the banter they had throughout the story. There is an easy going feeling when it comes to their relationship from the years of knowing each other. Reid is protective of Sienna because her brother asked him to watch over her, but also because of his feelings for her. I love that Sienna isn’t afraid to make a move. Throughout their road trip you can feel their tension in the beginning, the emotions were palpable and you could feel that tension shift and the heat pick up.
One thing I wasn’t expecting with the story was how emotional it made me. Sienna and Caleb’s past broke my heart. Yet, they still manage to make it work. They formed their own little family with Reid. The emotions continued all the way to end of this book. The last 15% of the story I felt like my jaw was hanging open and my heart rate was spiking. I wasn’t ready for any of that and I can’t wait to see how Reid and Sienna’s story continues in Complete Me!

I have been waiting for this book from the moment I finished Complicate Me. The moment I started reading I couldn’t stop. I DEVOURED this book in a matter of hours. I had to know what was going to happen next. I experienced every single emotion while reading this book. It was everything I wanted and so much more.
Complete Me picks up right where things left. There is so much pain and heartbreak. Sienna is heartbroken. The person she trusted, the person she fell in love with betrayed her in the worst way possible, at least it’s what she believes. Reid is heartbroken. He is lost. He is determined to make things right, to have Sienna trust him again, to help the two people who have always been his family.
I loved that this story wasn’t just about Reid and Sienna. It was Reid, Sienna and Caleb. Their bond is strong. They are truly a family. Of course, Reid and Sienna get plenty of time together and there is more to their relationship throughout. This book was just so much more.
Let’s talk about Caleb for a moment. My heart breaks for him. He’s been through so much and I can’t wait for him to get the happy ending that he truly deserves. I have a feeling that Caleb’s story will destroy me, but I already love him. Plus, the Reid/Caleb bromance. I love every single moment of it. Reid joking with Caleb about all the things he and Sienna will do added some laughs and lightness to this story.

This was a new to me author, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wasn’t disappointed! That cliffy definitely pulled a gasp out of me! I’m now anxious to read part two to find out how it ends!

The exciting conclusion to the Hawthorn Hills Duet from Claire Raye did not disappoint. After reading the first book I was hooked and couldn't wait to find out how this was all going to play out and how Reid and Sienna would find their eventual happily ever after. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from this author.

I read a sample of this book (the first 2 chapters) and instantly pre-order both in the duet, counting down to release day. Siblings best friend is one of my favourite tropes and the history, chemistry, and banter Sienna and Reid share is perfect.
Sienna and Reid (along with Sienna’s twin Caleb) have known each other since the were young kids; but over the years, these two have grown disconnected and Sienna hates Reid and how he treats her by ‘protecting’ her for Caleb. They have no choice but to share a road trip home from college to see Caleb and it forces them to open up to one another and discover things they chose to hide. There were some emotional points in this book, especially as the layers of the main characters begin to be pulled back.
Although cliff-hangers are difficult at times, I really enjoyed how this story left you with an ‘OMG’ moment and then a ‘no way’ and ‘what happens next?!?!?’.
I could not wait to see where part two will go and how it will all unfold.

The chemistry between Reid and Sienna is off the charts and I was immediately drawn in and hooked to their story, I couldn’t put it down and craved more. When it all went to shit at the end I couldn’t believe it and I can’t wait for book 2 to find out what happened and hope they everyone gets a HEA

Complete Me has a very serious tone compared to Complicate me and seems to be written differently but it most definitely works. Book 2 in this duet is like the older wiser big sister and shows how these 3 kids have to grow up fast and deal with some very serious and dangerous situations. A different side to Reid was shown and it made his character even more likeable. I’m so glad we got to meet Siena’s twin brother Caleb and I can’t wait to read more about him in the next duet series. After all the heartbreak and betrayal Sienna felt, she still let her feisty and protective side shine when it came to both Caleb and Reid – not matter how much he had hurt her. I really enjoyed this book and it was the perfect ending to what ended up being a very serious and challenging story for these 2 characters, very much looking forward to properly meeting Caleb.

So first let me start off with this is actually my first time reading a Claire Raye book, and it left me wanting to know what happens next. First we meet Reid he is best friends with the twins Caleb, and Sienna. Reid has had a crush on Sienna since they were little, but kept it a secret. Now that he and Sienna are off to college. When these two are forced together in a road trip across the country will Reid finally come clean? Nothing is as it seems though. Seriously I loved their friendship, and Sienna’s snarky attitude. If you love a good brother’s best friend book this is one for you. It’s written wonderfully, and leaves you hanging wanting to know more. As I have got older I strayed away from reading college romance stories, but this book dragged me in and made me fall in love all over again. Beyond excited to see what happens next in Reid and Sienna's story.

The epic conclusion to Reid and Sienna’s love story. If you have completed the first book titled “Complicate Me” you know that we were left at a cliffhanger. Of course I was frustrated at first but then I remembered I don’t have to wait a year to hear out it ends. Claire Raye took an amazing approach by releasing book one, and exactly two weeks later releasing book two. The ending to this story was everything I could have wanted and more. Of course Reid and Sienna have so much they will need to overcome, and will Sienna be able to trust Reid? I loved the conclusion we got to see more of Caleb, and how loyal Reid is and will always be to the twins. Now if you are looking for a great college friends to lover’s story this is the one for you.

Circumstances force Sienna and Reid to spend time together where they finally deal with these feelings toward each other. This story is what you can call a slow and intense burn.
It is well written the character are developed and the story flows so well I could not stop reading. The cliffhanger at the end was a surprise but a welcomed one; I can't wait to read book 2 now!!!!
