Besides the racism, bull fighting and tiresome female characters it was lovely listening to what small towns in Spain were like nearly a hundred years ago.

Wowowow dit was echt fire‼️‼️
Het eerste wat ik lees van hemingway (daarom ook 4 sterren, de reviews lijken te zeggen dat het niet zijn allerbeste is, maar score is nog onzeker) en i loooove zn prosa my god

Hoe hij stierenvechten beschrijft is echt magisch, het feit dat ie zoiets bruuts zo kan overbrengen spreekt boekdelen over zn capaciteiten denk ik

Wel heel noticeably..oud. i.e. een joods karakter wordt op een gegeven moment met het k woord beledigd dat was behoorlijk minder
