The plot of the woman being hidden in the church was very suspenseful. I've read this before but I actually forgot the twist. SO it got me again!

3.5 stars! this was another solid volume and i really liked how the mystery of who the yoma was this time around was set up. clare could not get any cooler or more badass in my eyes. i love how raki tries to get closer and learn more about clare even when she pushes him away because he really cares about her. if anything happens to him i don’t know how i’ll be able to go on.

i also just realized there’s an anime for this so definitely going to be watching as i read and that makes it so much more fun i can’t wait!!

A bit corny at times but really good action scene/drawings. Feels like I'm watching a fun TV show while reading/looking at the pictures.
