Wow! Great comic in the Mortal Kombat universe. Tons of actions... obviously! And a better storyline then expected! Th illustrations are just wonderful!!

It's not that well-written, I won't lie. But I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. It was very exciting to see some of my favourite MK characters come to life in a medium other than video games and excruciatingly atrocious novels. The story, while feeling a bit mediocre, more than makes up for it with it's vibrant and engaging illustrations. It's quite visceral (as expected of MK) and wholeheartedly difficult to put away. Even with it's flaws, I give it 5 outta 5 fatalities because, well, nostalgia yo.
