Eleven years ago, six kindergartners went missing, and now five of them have come back – unharmed. The problem is, they have no idea where they’ve been, so they can’t assist in the investigation to find their kidnappers. What’s more, no one knows what’s become of the last kid. Will they ever figure it out?

Great thriller for someone looking to try the the thriller genre without too much blood ECT, or too much romance found in many books lately

had so much potential but the characters really weren't that interesting, especially Avery.

Interesting premise. I was hooked pretty much throughout, but would have liked an ending that felt more complete. I wanted motive and reasoning and backstory. That being said, I'll definitely read another book by this author.

One of the best books I've read this year. You are left with a sense of closure in the end even if you could have read another 100 pages no problem. An interesting premise, finely executed.

Ah I wish I could have given this book five stars! I probably would have if I read it fast enough. I picked up in the book a couple days after I started it and forgot some of the important details concerning the plot and found myself lost at points. I’m not putting the blame on the book but on myself. Nonetheless the book was still really good. It had the mystery aspect that I really enjoyed. My only critic is the ending which just seemed to end the story suddenly. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick read even though the length looks like a lot :)

Teen book, but well written. Fascinating story line of kidnapped teenagers who are released 11 years after they were taken. They remember nothing of the time they were gone. The characters are pretty well developed, both the kids taken and the families they left behind. Some of the details are a little glossed over, Ex. the teens receive cell phones when they return and they all seem to know how to call & text, despite not having them in captivity. Still, I would recommend it and I think my daughter would really like this book.

Something about this book was off. I wanted to love it but I didn't feel satisfied in the end. It's a fairly forgettable book that has a great cover.
