Reading this series to my toddler, a chapter each night at bedtime. Super cute!

I grew up reading this series as a kid, and reading this brought back all of those memories and the comfort! Can't wait to read the rest of the series as graphic novels.

Thank you to Netgalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Oh man, the nostalgia! I loved this series as a kid, although I never read the whole series. After picking up this graphic novel, I am going to be scouring the thrift stores for the books I don't have. It's just the cutest series!
I love Jack and Annie, their sibling relationship is shown so well even through a graphic novel. Jack is so protective over Annie and Annie just wants to have fun (and befriend dinosaurs).
The artwork in this book is adorable. I think it really fit the storyline. It's colorful and bubbly.
To me, a lot of the time the plot doesn't get explained well due to the nature of graphic novels being somewhat short. Already knowing what happens in this book, I think everything was explained well and the plotline was whole and nothing was missing to make it confusing or anything.
There were a few pages of the second graphic novel at the end and I just wanted to keep going! I can't wait for the next one.

Fantastic! Makes the magic treehouse books readable as an adult. The art is so warm and the adaptation adds so much detail to the story. Absolutely lovely.

I couldn't stop smiling while I was reading this! It was so fun to return to the Magic Treehouse, and the graphic novel format was a great way to tell this story. The illustrations were so bright and colorful, and Jack and Annie's facial expressions communicated so much of what they were thinking. I will be reading the other graphic novels in this series when they come out!
