Just fell out of interest with it atm. I think I just read too many Peter Pan retellings too close together. Definitely plan on giving it another shot later

there was so much going on in these 318 pages and some of it was some real stupid and cringey stuff, sorry not sorry. the book had me laughing out loud loads of times because of the utter stupidity of the characters that sometimes occured and the even stupider plot points. however, i kind of enjoyed reading it and finishing the series. i think it was weird that michaela was, at some point, just written out of the story only to do some more blah-blah at the end. all in all, this series wasn't a masterpiece, really, but quite entertaining nonetheless. i also don't really get why the author seems to hate on but still favor my babe ryder at the same time like how the hell did he deserve what she did to him throughout the books? my poor golden retriever boy. tbh i was sure i'd love eben most..but ryder? he caught my heart the first time he appeared in book 1. tripp was a bit annoying, eben was cute, james was hot (but i picture him a bit younger lol) and peter...yeah i didn't like him all too well. furthermore, i think the series really only scratched on most of the topics that appeared and there is so much left to be resolved which kinda annoys me so..yeah.
