This continues to be a mid-range title for me as the action moves to Hawk and Dove, who are, curiously, being bested by Kite-Man.
Yeah. Kite-Man, who is showing unusual metahuman powers, the powers that the Titans wield. Well, except Red Hood, Nightwing - and currently Superboy. That being said, there's a rush to stop Kite-Man before he explodes, and then a need to discover what these people have in common.
It's prison, of course it's prison, Cadmus, and a doctor who's the only one who knows everyone whom was worked on to become these living time bombs. A doctor who dies before he can be saved by the Titans, or even just conveniently give them the information they need.
And then it's tracking down the murderer, and figuring out how much they know. Jason, once again, acts before the others can stop him. So, yeah, the others still treat him like a moron. I'm starting to dislike everyone on this team with one notable exception...
