An excellent end to this series! I enjoyed it all, especially the Trogs and their hats. Nero was a fantastic villain, his lies rang so true. I loved that Nico got to shine in this one - he is one of my favorite characters. Watching Apollo and Meg come to terms with their families really gave this one deeper meaning to me. Also excellently narrated by Robbie Daymond.

Definitely my favourite book of this series by a long shot, at the beginning I did not think I would get this attached to Meg and Apollo (their characters kind of infuriated me i don’t know why??), but who would’ve thought I would be crying my eyes out by the end of this book because all of their suffering and the sacrifices finally payed off.
