It felt a bit rushed plot and romance wise but I think that may be because I took a several year break in between reading the first two and then this one. I think it would have balanced better if I had read the overarching series a little closer together.
I love Rafe and Dani as characters and I hope to continue reading in this world eventually!

I dove headfirst into this book after reading the teaser at the end of book two and it did not disappoint. The forced proximity undercover op plot line was absolutely perfect for this couple. Dani and Rafe danced around each other for two books leading up to their story and the payoff was so satisfying. This is my favorite couple of the series. Dani is my favorite character too.

Not only that, but the overarching plot of taking down the corrupt corporation finally comes to a head in this book. I loved the wild ride of this series so much! Kit Rocha is a simply amazing writing duo. And the little easter egg for their beyond series made me smile.

I highly recommend this series.

Well, I'm a little bit peeved, honestly. This seemed to be the last book in the series, but it ends with a cliffhanger. The TechCorps story wraps, but Nina's story - and the monstrous company who made her and her sisters - does not.

That aside, I liked Dani / Rafe and the resolve of TechCorps. This series has great characters, and a great growth of the community. I'm invested and will read more, assuming more comes out. But I'm just a bit miffed that the story we got kicked off on (Nina was the FMC of book 1) still has no resolution.

And we don't know what's up with The Professor.

This doesn't feel like an ending in any way, honestly. Just another solid book in the series.
