This is the 4th LitRPG book I have read and the 4th book in this series. Carl is once again on an epic adventure with his cat named Donut, his dino named Mongo and Katie his new team mate. This book is awesome and about navigating a giant underground subway system.

I could not put this down.

I can't seem to give this series anything but a 5 star rating! This is the third book and it was just as hilarious and brutally violent as the first two.  I love it!
Carl and donut are in a train nightmare this time and it takes all their skill to stay alive.  We get to see more interaction with the other crawlers and everyone is starting to band together more.
The whole track/train system was tough to follow but as the story goes through it, it starts to make sense. There were some truly brilliant moved done and Carl almost bites it at one point. There is a betrayal that I kind of saw coming but it was still sad.
As always, Jeff Hayes SLAYS as the narrator for the audiobooks. This will be a re-listen over and over for sure. SO GOOD!!

Liked it better than the previous one. It's getting darker and more emotional compared to the first book.

The iron tangle is not my favorite floor but it is definitely unique and 100% fun. With each book, we are learning more about the story and universe. The various dynamics, existing concepts introduced, etc. All come together and creates a nice large overarching story. The characters are great. Can't wait to read more. I am def hooked. World building and audio quality are top notch!!
