I found this book problematic on so many levels.

It was not helped along by a truly terrible audio narrator, but I didn’t judge the book solely on that.

Well it was a mistake to read this at bedtime! Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep, but worth it!

3.5 almost a 4. It’s hard to read in some parts. Really well written though, definitely for a certain audience

ni diskutabilan broj ponavljanja reči ISCRPENO, jer smo izgleda malko fensi u prevodilačkim vodama, nije uspeo da umanji moj doživljaj ove knjige -

Delightfully creepy and so well written. Kudos to the author.

This book has everything I want from a spooky mystery:
- Creepy kid who knows too much
- Hints of the supernatural
- Cunning bad guy who is always one step ahead of the good guys
- Something dark and mysterious, yet to be discovered...

And oh my god, it has characters that aren't just plot devices, but people who have personalities, complex backgrounds and flaws! All the POV characters have distinct voices. The one from the kid's POV was especially well done.

A good book to pick up in these Halloween times.
