I was really looking forward to reading this, but unfortunately I found most of the book to be really boring and I accidentally skimmed over some parts. I enjoy reading about unlikeable people, but this main character was so boring and one note that I truly couldn't care less.
The ending was really fun, so there's that.

That ending stank like how the beginning started! How is it he goes
and kill all these people and animals all for him to end by basically mob-suicide?! Unbelievable!!
Mister Suskind, I need an explanation now!!!! A 3-star book knocked down cause that ending has me raging 😤😡

I'm not gonna say anything really, except the last third of this book is probably the reason l need therapy.

Best book ever!

Though the end was a little bit... macabre. But it fit the story.

The writing style is nice, though there is very little dialogue and that usually bothers me.
CWs: the n word and g word are used in the text!
