This is the first book in the Magical Cats Mystery Series. It’s well paced, the characters (especially the cats) are loveable and there were unexpected moments of humour. I’m looking Dorito reading the rest of the series and would recommend it if you’re looking for a lighthearted, small town mystery with plenty of cats!

"Time only moves in one direction: forward."

Ok, so I like cats and I like mysteries. And a mystery about magical cats, well - I'm in! I was a little worried the magical cat angle would be a bit hokey, but over all this was a pleasurable, light little mystery that I enjoyed reading in a day.

3.5 stars. Cute, although I found the mystery incredibly predictable. I was really into the romance set-up though.
