Short and sweet! It was a funny witchy romance, nothing specifically bad about it, but nothing amazing either. The characters were fun and I enjoyed the humour. The pacing was a little weird towards the end, and the plot was fine; the resolution was a little unsatisfying. Overall, this is a turn your brain off and read type of book.

A cute, feel good, witchy romance, perfect for an easy and quick fall read. Light hearted and not very dark at all. Think bewitched vibes.

It isn't heavy on world building or anything. Magic mechanics aren't complex.

It's more romance forward, fantasy/magic on the backburner.

I really quite LOVED this. Vivi and Rhys are wonderful and I REALLY enjoyed the side characters. I laughed out loud, swooned and cried - and it had witches! Simply FANTASTIC!!

Light and fluffy witchy fun, with fall vibes aplenty. Nothing deep, but that’s not the point of the book. It reminded me of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and it transported me to carefree days.

Perfect autumn read 🍂🍁 💫

A solid start to the Halloween reading season, fun and lighthearted with the perfect amount of halloweeniness. That said, I do feel like we lost a plot a bit in the middle and the end felt really rushed. Also, the formatting was really weird?? Particularly with dialog. Just the way paragraphs were or weren’t broken up made it difficult to follow conversations sometimes.
