Sweet love story where the city girl falls for the hot cowboy. There are lots of emotions in this book while we meet the brothers and learn of past heartbreaks. The chemistry sizzles and the sparks fly.

It was entertaining, although, for a series starter, it doesn't introduce many other characters... The MMC for the next book is mentioned once in the last chapter and once in the epilogue... Before that I didn't even knew he existed. The narrator does a good job with all the characters.

So I saw a lot of reviews saying this felt a lot like instant love and I don't completely disagree. Also this book is like 400 pages on Amazon but its probably just over half of that. Not entirely sure how its that off but its a quicker read than I had expected.

The romance is fine, can't say alot about it apart from I enjoyed it. It was quicker than I had wanted but I enjoyed the outcome.

Characters are fine, hes bad tempered but his brother is worse. Curious if the brothers get their own books but not sure I'm curious enough to spend actual money on this.

yes yes yes!!

There were a few ups and downs in this book but it only added to the overall experience and I really enjoyed this book. I devoured it in a day!

“Yeah, it’s bad, but it can’t get worse, can it?” -me, convincing myself I shouldn’t DNF this book at the end of every single one of its chapters.

Reader, it did. It did get worse.

This book had so much potential. Carmelita was the highlight of the story (despite the uncle ruckus tones) and I love Jennifer but not a fan of Stetson; Trump voter vibes. Not a fan of the cover either.
