To be honest I really read this one because I'm an accountant and I wanted to see what sort of 'sexy' time we get up to. Wasn't disappointed. It was nice to have an accountant portrayed as having a personality and being attractive. We don't get that often. hahaha....

Overall, it was a nice read and I enjoyed it.
A lot of inner monologues going on for both characters but i got over that...

One thing i did notice was that you can get a different version of this story that is nearly as "dirty". I would recommend against that. There isn't that much dirty stuff in here. But each to their own.

This is book one in the Long Valley series and it features Stetson and Jennifer. He is a stubborn, stubborn man with way too much pride. He’s really mean to her at first, considering what she was there for, but he is nothing compared to her ex. I absolutely loved watching Jennifer’s transformation and seeing her stand up for herself.

This is a sweet and sizzling hot romance. The characters are great and the story line had good flow. The epilogue ended a little too abruptly though. I would have liked to experience Carmelita‘s reaction to what was happening. I’m looking forward to reading more of this series.
