lyndzyrenee's review against another edition
I mentally can't star rate this yet but I just wanna say... I went into this book with the understanding that most of Katee Roberts' books are smut no plot. BUT while there is a TON of sex in this book, I was shocked on how she was able to still craft an interesting world/setting and give the characters history and motivations while the book was 95% sex scenes.
Overall, I enjoyed the book. It was cringe but in away that I found fun to laugh at. Please go into it understanding just how much smut is featured and the triggers that go with that.
I'm unsure if I'll continue the series, strictly because the next book will deal with pregnancy and that gives me the ick.
(also if you're wanting diverse vampires... this isn't it. The MC mentions a few times ~Oh how pale~ the male leads are.)
