I’ll not lie this was took me a very long time to read. Maybe I’m just not the type of person to enjoy autobiographies, but nothing drew me to keep reading and finishing this became quite a chore - to the point that I nearly gave up. I love Michelle Obama and everything she stands for but parts of this were too focused on the ‘woman behind the man’ and not enough of her story until maybe the last third of the book. Just not one I particularly enjoyed unfortunately. Which is a shame because I was initially very excited to read.

Not interested right now, found a podcast that hooked me for a bit but I will come back to this!

Will finish this book later. Probably during November nonfiction. I got sidetracked from this memoir but really enjoyed so I will finish it.

Love, love, love, love.
I'm well aware of how hyped this book was, especially the audiobook and it didn't disappoint. It was so refreshing to hear about Michelle's life directly from her, with the story being told exactly like she wanted it to.
