I really enjoyed this book although it did finish a bit abruptly for me. I would have like maybe a 6 months later or something similar. Overall a nice quick pleasant read!!!!

This was a wonderful read. I enjoyed getting to know Jean Paul and Lucy. Both of them come with pain from the past and not knowing how to deal with it. It was nice to read about real life situations with real vulnerable people dealing with real problems.
Lucy's issues with the research and impact her grandfather left on her and JPs constant guilt of making sure his children are first priority as promised to his wife before she passed stands in their way most of the book.
You never know what will happen in life nor what it brings you. Lucy and JP simply had to lead with their own hearts and see what life would bring them.
