When I first started this book I thought the premise sounded a lot like the 80s movie, Overboard. But it ended up having so much more heart and depth. The relationships in this book are so filled with love and they feel real, not surface level in any way. This is a slow burn, with only kissing but I feel like these characters needed to take it slow.
