Now I remember why I didn't want to go to the doctor when I was young!
Toinette is amazing, I love her character & the fact that for once, female characters get a good proportion of the lines (even if one of them is a "villain"). And the latin ceremony, just the most amazing thing, I remember seeing it on stage, it was glorious!

A very fun comedy by Moliere. It’s a sarcastic critique on how medicine worked in his time, how a man can buy into his own delusions and in the end, the only option to get him to the right course of action is to play into his delusions a bit. It has very funny dialogue and it is read incredibly easily.
