A nice “no need to think” read for the summer.

Told in alternative third person POV, including the character “Nantucket” as representative of all of the gossips in town, we meet an intriguing cast of characters, many of whom have secrets. And when the rumors begin, the story ramps up and you just have to hold on for the ride.

I love Elin Hilderbrand. They are not the simple beach reads get labeled as, most of them, like this one, have depth and make you think.

Elin Hilderbrand does it again. She has a way of reeling the reader in right away to connect to her characters. I want to visit Nantucket now !

I was really in the mood for something light. This was soapy and predictable, mindless and breezy and I liked it a lot more than I thought I would.

Done on Libby audio. I feel she’s written better books than this one.

This one has a great amount of spice, and is an exaggerated version of the saying, “everyone is dealing with something”. Good solid read!
