Raven visits her aunt and her boyfriend in this new adventure. She learns of a new club within the coffin club and, of course, has to stick her nose in it despite the trouble she will cause.

She learns the hard way that a room full of vampires is not someplace she should be.

it was a good book.

It is finally summertime and school is out for the summer. When Raven decides to spend the summer with her aunt, she also has another plan up her sleeve, to see her boyfriend Alexander. When she arrives, the first thing she wants to do (besides see Alexander) is go to the coffin club. But, the club is hardly the same as she remembered it. More vampires are starting to call Hipsterville home afters crop circles start popping up, and the coffin club is becoming a more dangerous place.
For some reason, I ended up enjoying this book more than the other books in the series. Maybe it is because this one is different from the other books. In the other books, a vampire comes to town, Raven and Alexander investigate, they send the vampire on their way and then they contemplate Raven's transition into a vampire. And, of course at the end of every book they come to the conclusion "not yet." In this one, there was a lot more variation. A secret club, lots of new vampires (even some vampire buddies for Raven!), a feud between vampires, and Raven's own doubts about becoming a vampire.
I am excited to see where the series will go next!

One of my favourite of the series so far. Strong writing compared to the first four.

So basically Alexander and Raven lied to each other the entire time and in the end they just …. Didn’t care? I feel like Alexander should be a lot madder at Raven than he is. She never listens. Like. EVER.
