This was a pretty interesting book. It does emphasize that God is the most important being in our lives. The author does give what seems a lot of her opinions and although she does so in an encouraging word make sure you have your Bible handy to make sure it goes along with what you believe. At times I had to do that myself. It is a very encouraging book but as far as being theologically sound I would be cautious.
