This is the cutest, most beautiful graphic novel ever!!!!! I loved everything about it, THE CHARACTERS, the colours, the story, the queerness, the witchy stuff, the drawing style - EVERYTHING 💕

'Snapdragon' by Kat Leyh is a heartwarming graphic novel about a young girl befriending her town's local 'witch' and discovering more about herself in the process.
Snapdragon stumbles upon Jack, the local witch, and discovers that the older woman is far more than what the town has painted her as. She offers to take Snap under her wing and in the process, Snap learns about a connection between her own family and Jack.
'Snapdragon' is a wonderful graphic novel that highlights Snap coming into her own through her friendships. Not only does she make friends with Jack but she also connects with another friend who she helps grow and accept more about themself. The art is fun and bright with great colors. This was a quick read but it's emotional depth resonated throughout. I cannot wait to read more from Leyh because it is clear they are great at creating an heartfilled story that deals with multiple topics with grace and care.

You ever just know you're going to love something and then when you finally get around to it, you absolutely do??? Yeah, that's me and this book. Also, I want to be Jacks when I grow up.

This is one of the best things I've ever read. I may add to this once I'm feeling less emotional about it.
