I read this for design purposes, but found it interesting for it's discussion of research. Seriously, librarians, read this for a first hand look at how someone who has had to hack together the research process has figured out how to do it. Some solid stuff there, some stuff where I'm like "how are we not marketing our services better?" Interesting read.
