MM Romance
Prequel To Hostile Takeover

I read this a week or so ago and can’t remember enough of it to do a proper review. However, I do remember not liking it much because of the instalove and the characters in general. I own Hostile Takeover and I can’t say this made me excited to read it. ☹️

Short and sweet. So funny and sexy. I can’t wait to read the next book. Luca was adorable and Marcel was so fucking funny I loved their dynamic

It was cute if one-dimensional.

A short sweet, sexy and fun read.

The book sets the premise for the first book of the series where we are introduced to the mysterious billionaire Grey Blackwood and Ellison York.

Excited to read Grey's story! Wonder what Lucy Lennox has in store for us with this new exciting series.

I did like this. This was a short, fun, easy read and I did love reading Marcel and Luca in [b:Hostile Takeover|58229111|Hostile Takeover (Hostile Takeover #1)|Lucy Lennox|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1622514197l/58229111._SX50_.jpg|91267665].

And yet... I was expecting more. I know it's a short story and I do love a good insta-love/missed communication troupe when done right, but I wish we spent a little more time with them...

This short had potential, but I just wanted more...
