I was utterly enchanted by this addition to the Georgie mystery series, as it had some excellent character development, a rather devious set of murders and a most beautiful Christmas celebrations.

Oooh the mystery of this one was super! I enjoyed this one a lot- a fun Christmas mystery for Georgie, Darcy and her grandfather.

Georgie, 35th in line for the English throne, is being pushed out into the cold - literally - by her less than charitable sister-in-law, Fig. Looking for a way to avoid life in the street, or worse, tutoring Fig's son and niece, Georgie answers an ad to serve as a hostess at a English Style Christmas on an estate in Devon.
Just after Georgie's arrival, people start dying off daily. And, of course, Georgie's love interest shows up.
As usual, this is an entertaining cozy mystery with an Agatha Christie like plot. One of my favorite parts of most cozy mysteries is the deep level of description of setting. I definately understand what and English Christmas season is like.
Read it if you like cozies.
