This issue felt a little different from the last few I’ve been reading. Almost like they’ve gone and started a new plot…but not quite. I can see how it might all tie back around, but I also wouldn’t have any problem with them just starting a new plot now. No offense to the old one.
The opening scene for this issue was priceless, no pun intended. It perfectly showcased Selena Kyle’s attitude, sass, and overall take on that particular part of society. In short, it was perfect. And it was a solid starting point for the rest of the issue as well, so win/win.
Really there were three different plots running along in this issue, though I have no doubt that they’ll all converge at some point. That’s the whole point, after all. It’ll be interesting to see how that goes.

2-parter, more style than substance or maybe something is building up?

Great begining and a new plot too. I hope this will tie back to Batman since he too met this...fishy enemy.
