Christine Spencer owns Sugar 'N' Spice, a bakery and coffee shop in her hometown, Troy. She has always dreamed of purchasing Delbert Farms and opening her shop in one of the old barns and being able to expand her bakery portion.

This was a wonderful book about finding love and overcoming preconceived notions to give happiness a chance. I really liked Christine and would love to visit her shop!! She had a dream and it was sad that the mayor didn't respect leaving it to the locals and was risking selling out to a strip mall.
Nicholas was super interesting as I liked that he was more than just an investor and he really wanted to do what was right. I loved how he got the locals to help him with Christine and giving her the best dates of her life.
I was super sad with one of the events in the book but was super happy with the end!
