DNF at 50%- I usually don't like not finishing a book, and I think I'll come back to it someday. I'm not feeling connected to the characters at all, despite loving the way V.E. Schwab writes.

The invisible life of Addie larue, is my first book by VE Schwab. This book follows the life of a girl who made a deal with the “devil”. A deal that no one will remember her. Her story takes a turn when she hears the words “I remember you” At that point the story become a tragic romance between a girl no one can remember and a boy that’s isn’t enough for anyone. This is a slower paced, character driven book. The last 50% to 40% is is where the story truly started to grab me. The last 20% was a 5 star. The writing was so beautiful but I do think this book could have been shorter.
