this book felt very surface level/young adult. i felt like i was just reading the same thing over and over. someone said it feels like a book made for instagrammable captions and YES. it was also hard for me to take it serious once the author gave an example of how he got upset because people post his quotes on instagram without credit…. i get it but why am i reading that in a self-help book.
