This was a fun time, and there were twists that I didn't expect, so it did everything it intended to do. Sometimes the jumping back and forth in time can feel a little gimmicky.

🌟 Thriller

Every character in this book bar Heather and Doug are AWFUL. I don't think I've ever seen so many unlikeable characters in the one place 🤣 I could not wait to find out who the victim was, never mind the perpetrator, because it could've been any of them and I'd still have been delighted. There was no way for me to be disappointed here.

I really enjoyed this book! I would definitely recommend the audiobook, the voice actors added so much personality to each character. 

I wouldn’t say the twist was particularly shocking, it eventually becomes somewhat obvious what is happening. However, I loved the slow burn of finding out who was murdered along with the murderer. 

Now I desperately need a romance novel for Heather and Doug…stat!
