A good book for dog lovers with quick paced action. Probably a better book for women than men and those who don't want a lot of detail. A good book to read on a phone without gravitas. Likely an excellent beach read. The end came together too quickly and without enough explanation how the mystery is figured out but still an entertaining read.

Solid book. Interested in the sequel. Thriller with dogs.

Once again, Alex Kava has proven herself as a seasoned author with this latest novel. It is a fast paced and educational look at how dogs are trained and work for law enforcement. A Colombian connection, a DC connection, and a Florida connection meet head on and FBI agent Maggie O’Dell works with Ryder Creed and his team of dogs to solve a terrible crime spree. Breaking Creed is the first, I hope, of many books to feature Creed and his team of trained dogs as main characters.

An enjoyable, almost Indiana Jones-esque read. I’m super excited to read more in this series!

Alex Kava has done it again! I've always wondered why the Maggie O'Dell stories haven't been picked up for the big screen. Breaking Creed would be a perfect start- between Maggie and Ryder, and a great supporting cast ( especially Grace), it'd be a blockbuster.
No spoilers here, but dang- I almost threw my book down at least twice because I wS creeped out by creepy crawlers!

I'll also say, when I rate 4 stars, yet thats about as good as it gets- an A.

I can't wait to start Silent Creed tomorrow. Tonight, I'll just bask in the ending of another great Kava novel.

Too many creepy crawlies in this book. Yuk. The stories were just boring and dull. Ryder was ok, I'll try the next to see if it's any good.

I HATED the narrator. His voice drove me nuts.

This is the first book of hers I've read and I thought it was fantastic! I could not stop reading it, I had to know what was going to happen next. The fact it has rescue dogs getting trained to be sniffer dogs or other working dogs in it only makes it better. I'm looking forward to reading the rest in the Ryder Creed series.
