The title is accurate, but I don’t know how to describe this book. It serves its purpose, hammers home the major points. At the same time, it could have been a 10-15 YouTube video. The writing is informative but not very illustrative so my mind wanders as I read. Good thing he repeated the main points.

This book covers only extreme drinking. Nothing about effects of small amounts of alcohol. This is not a book about alcohol, but alcoholism.
