I wasn’t enjoying it. This book could have been 100 pages shorter easily

Lots of character building and big things come to light. The last 100 pages are freaking nuts, my mouth was gaping and I might have teared up a bit. But there was a lot of travel, a lot of the same banter, and a bit of unnecessary parts. Overall still loved it, Cas and Poppy forever, Delano has become the perfect shadow to Poppy, Kieran still the funniest and best best friend, and we finally get to meet Reaver. I feel like most of the book was getting us ready for the huge war that will happen in the next book, but it was important to get through a bit of it.

WOW! The way Poppy stepped into her powers by the end of the book was amazing! Not only did I love the continuation of the story, but the twists and turns that this story took kept me glued to the pages! I can’t wait for the next one!
