This was very sweet, but has some stench of '00s humor, specifically the casual anti-fatness. I don't think I've ever read a book about an Armenian-American character, so it was cool to learn more about the culture through this book.
Moderate: Bullying, Cursing, Fatphobia, Genocide, and Grief
Minor: Death, Infidelity, Rape, Sexual content, Violence, Murder, Abandonment, and War

There was so much potential with this story, but I think overall it fell flat. Ethan wasn't a lovable character and the relationship between him and Alek felt rushed. I definitely wished the story focused more on building their relationship slowly rather than just having quick conversations where the reader was expected to fall in love with their relationship.
Graphic: Cursing and Genocide
Minor: Sexual content, Toxic relationship, and Violence
