I liked a lot about this book, but the ending frustrated me greatly. Until that point, though, it's a great, eye-opening tale of a woman who is forced to confront her own past - which, given South African history, is never going to be just that simple. The ending disappointed me, though - it didn't live up to the standard of the rest of it, and seemed incredibly cliché.

It took me three days to read 25 pages! After I decided to quit reading it, I flipped though. There seems to be a complete lack of dialogue. If you find something that I missed, please let me know.
