This book has me cryin’ in the club right now. (I’m not actually in a club but you know what I mean).

  • second chance
  • Small town

You guys WTF! I honestly can’t believe I didn’t use to like single-dad romances because I am now and always be truly obsessed. Cage mf’in Reynolds is a big lovable grump. His romantic gestures are top tier, ladies. And Presley Duncan got her groove back and her man!

The way the family group chat and Finn in particular had me laughing out loud 🤣 I missed him! And Brinkley is literally every sister trying to get details from her brother about his love life.

This HEA healed me 🥹 and I ate up every second of their story. Getting to have both their POVs as you learn what happened in their past kept me hooked.

And I just adore Laura Pavlov’s writing style. My Queen!

As always I loved all of the Reynolds family antics throughout the book! Gracie is still the cutest little bean ever!

I loved the aspects of true soulmates between Cage and Presley. Their first meeting was truly adorable and their love for each other spanned decades!

Presley's relationship with Gracie was the sweetest!!!

I had a great time reading; however, it didn't hit as hard for me as some of the other books in this series.

I loved this series and I can't wait to see what Laura writes next!

Thank you Laura Pavlov and Valentine PR for this eARC in exchange for my honest review!

This was such a bittersweet read for me. I was thrilled to finally be reading Cage’s book but so sad that it’s the final installment in the Cottonwood Cove series. I was going to pace myself, which lol, but of course as soon as I started I couldn’t put it down and finished in one sitting. I already knew Cage was a grump but his moodiness besides Presley’s adorable charm was the best combo. Their story is a second chance as they dated as teenagers and that may be my favorite second chance style. Something about high school sweethearts reconnecting just gets me every time and these two were perfect for each other. Gracie was the most adorable kid as always but seeing her relationship with Presley blossom as they bonded made me teary. My sadness at saying goodbye to the Reynolds family was made a little better by the epic ending scenes the author wrote for them, it was such a fitting end to this beloved series and if you loved Honey Mountain too you will go crazy over this. I’ll stop rambling, but this series is a must for fans of small town swoony and spicy romance.

I honestly don't know where to start. I loved it. Every single minute of it. I'm so sad this series is over. Laura just captured my heart with this one. I'm still sitting with all of my emotions.

Cage first and foremost is an amazing dad. He loves Gracie with his entire heart and that little girl had him wrapped around her finger. Not only is he an amazing dad he also has a bit of a gruff side to go along with his softie side. I adored the crap out of it. Gracie is just the cutest little girl. You just couldn't help but fall in love with her. Presley was so sweet with Gracie. She was the best combination of flirty, loving, and kind.

Cage and Presley just have my entire heart. I swooned watching them together again, and how easily they connected with one another even after all that time. I just adored it all. My little romantic heart was bursting with joy.

Maxine was just a hoot as always. The entire Reynolds family of course gets their own mention. I cackled at their group chats. I am going to miss their tight knit family shenanigans.

I also wasn't prepared to have tears streaming down my face, but I absolutely did.

This will be a series that will always have a place as a favorite.
