This is a fun, paranormal romance. This has a rollercoaster of emotions and is realistic. The story really comes alive through the characters and imagery. I received an advanced copy and am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.

Tabitha isn’t your normal necromancer and after an exchange of black market magic goes wrong she’s forced to work with the high council . When Tabitha finds what she is looking for it brings her sadness that she has to decide what side she’s own at the sake of her family but she knows she has to do the right thing.
Great story although it’s only just over 3 hours nothing is left out or rushed. Jess Combs is perfect at narrating which made it even more enjoyable.

Kali’s a necromancer and assassin in a world that doesn’t know necromancers exists, where she’s given assignments by the Order to kill. After another successful assassination, she’s give a rather unusually commission - bodyguard for the Prince.
Kali embarks on her journey, and when she meets the Prince and his inner circle, she’ll realise that this assignment won’t be as straight forward as she thought. Not only are there other supernaturals around, but she’ll discover her soul mate (or two).
Death’s Choice is a paranormal fantasy reverse harem story, and one of my top picks and high up on the recommendation list. I absolutely loved this story.

I love the Paranormal Council Universe and this was no exception. Tabitha and Rick are great characters, I love how they were together.

The narration was fantastic. Jess Combs delivered a fantastic performance.

THE POWER OF BLOOD❣
Enlightening story of the darker side of paranormal beings. Tabitha was a survivor, living on the streets and chasing answers. This is her story of good and evil, light and dark. Lots of unexpected events to keep your interest and a promise of more books about her . This book was a gift.🧙‍♀️❣

A different story in that it deals with Necromancers who usually only play small parts in stories. Is a quick read so not as much character or location descriptions as there could have been. Still an easy afternoon read.
