I don't read a lot of self help books so I can't compare this to those, but I found it amusing for the most part. A little crude in places (I didn't dock the rating for this, I'm just mentioning it because it's not really everyone's thing) and occasionally the "joke" got old, AND there were a few editing issues, but otherwise not bad at all.

In regards to the editing problems: with books about... shall we say... alternative topics (ghosts, almost any religion, Stonehenge, etc) they are poorly edited. I can't entirely fault the authors for this, so I'm not docking the rating because the author couldn't find his own errors. I can fault the editors for not applying enough effort to proofreading because of the topic. It wasn't so horrendous that I couldn't focus on the book, so I'll take what I can get.

The idea behind this little book was pretty cute. A self-help book utilizing the Zombie as your model. Unfortunately, it went on way too long. I think this would have been good as a much shorter book (or even two shorter books -- one on the habits, and one on the week program).

Numerous grammatical/editing errors! It was a good mindless read.

A funny enough coffee table book. Also, it's long enough that you don't have it memorized after a few times flipping through.
