3rd in a series. Thought it was the last one, turns out there are more. Lots of action, but really kind of all over the place, lots going on. Mostly wrapped up in a nice bow, after 3 books. I don't think I'll be reading the next in the series.

I read the second one almost three years ago so I’m a bit lost now. But why are there two more books in the series after this?

Again, slightly better than the last one. Unfortunately not as great as I remember.

I read the first one in the series and absolutely loved the premise and hoped that the second continued in the same fashion. It had so much potential to actually be a politically driven teen series to get kids thinking about what the government should be allowed to control and what it shouldn't. As it came to pass, the second lost some of its vision. What it could have been would have been great but it lost a lot of its meaning. Many of the characters changed in personality. But, if anything, the third continued in an even more abysmal way and made it much worse. The stupid change in slang and language was really unnecessary. Really? Was this change to make it more accessible to 10 year olds? Okay, they are the only ones reading this series and actually liking it since they aren't old enough to tell good literature from bad.

Anyway, all of the characters changed yet again and any of the ways their characters could have grown like a normal human beings were morphed into crappy literature characters who fell in love with the wrong person and pined over those that will never be able to actually be with them. Bleh Bleh Bleh. The series was a total waste of time and should have been so much better.
